3 Tier Logic's digital campaign platform: engage, interact, measure, and report (eim) enables organizations to grow their revenue and improve marketing campaigns' return on investment. This is achieved through better customer and prospect engagement and interaction combined with effective measurement and detailed reporting methodologies.

Using eim your organization will engage customers and prospects in an environment that meets their demographics through their preferred communication devices. You can use eim to reach out to your clients on Facebook, MySpace, or YouTube, connect with them through a game or text message on their mobile phones or favorite online portals, and improve communications and interactions with prospects by leveraging multiple channels of communication: web, mobile, email, and social networks.

A key benefit to the eim platform is its ability to gather and store customer and prospect data. By leveraging user information (demographics, user activity, etc.) aggregated in previous campaigns, eim becomes more efficient with each digital marketing campaign, enabling your organization to build better, more targeted campaigns.

Digital marketing campaigns can be run from the eim platform. Content and applications can be created internally by you or your partners or it can be created by 3 Tier Logic for you.

3 Tier Logic's proprietary eim is a digital marketing, tracking, and reporting system based on the following 3 Tier architecture:

Tier One (User Interface): Engage with content created by 3 Tier Logic or your organization.

Tier Two (Process Management): Interact with your customers, prospects, and employee communities with applications created in-house or by 3 Tier Logic.

Tier Three (Database Management): Measure usage and activity and Report outcomes.


HOW IT WORKS

Step One: Content Preparation
Content you are currently using (newsletters, websites, email blasts) can be integrated into the eim platform, or content can be created by 3 Tier Logic specifically for your organization. Here are some examples of eim content:

Step Two: Incentive Integration
Organizations can elect to use the 3TL Loyalty Points Platform. This step integrates incentives (points for prizes/merchandise) with content, rewarding users for interacting with applications.

Step Three: Tagging
Content is programmed with tracking and audit tags to provide you with detailed data on user experience and participation levels. 3 Tier’s tagging process ensures that when your target prospects receive a message from the eim platform, all of their activity is tracked and recorded for use in future communications.

Tagging is used in all media deployed by eim including advergames, SMS messages, micro-sites, newsletters, interactive videos, and mobile phone storefronts.

Step Four: Distribution
We understand that your prospects and customers represent different demographics and that each demographic has its own favorite communication medium. Whether it's a social network, mobile phone, or web portal, eim content can be deployed to your communities anyplace, anytime.

Step Five: Measurement and Reporting
Each application deployed on the eim platform is accompanied by detailed tracking and reporting of user acceptance levels and behavior. Information tracked by eim includes:
  • Whether the message is viewed by the intended recipient
  • How long the message is viewed
  • Level of interaction—in other words, what actions were taken once the message was opened
  • Whether the message was forwarded
  • Recipient's desire for additional communication
User activity is stored in a user profile module on the eim platform. With each campaign this profile grows, allowing you to customize your marketing message—you are now working toward one-to-one messaging with your prospect.

Step Six: Data Leveraging
Information stored in the user profile module of the eim platform can be leveraged to target messages to a particular prospect. This means future campaigns will be more effective as they can be directed on a one-to-one basis.
